This notice describes which personal data are processed when you visit this website and when you get in touch. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies, builds no profiles and does not follow anyone across other websites. Fonts, images and the logo are embedded in the page. The only service loaded while the page is read is Cloudflare's visitor statistics (see below).

Data processed when you visit

This website is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). On access, Cloudflare processes the technically necessary data: IP address, time of access, the page requested and the technical details sent by the browser. These data are used to deliver the page, keep the operation secure and defend against attacks.

Visitor statistics

We count how often the site is visited, which pages are opened, where the visit comes from and how quickly the page loads. For this we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. The service sets no cookies, stores nothing in the browser and builds no profiles; the IP address is discarded after processing in the nearest Cloudflare data centre and is not stored. We see totals only, never individual people. The script needed for this is loaded from Cloudflare.

Getting in touch

Anyone writing through the contact form submits name, company, email address, message and, if they wish, a telephone number. We use these details solely to answer the enquiry and to stay in contact. There is no newsletter and no mailing list; the details are not used for advertising.

The message is delivered as an email to info@ebfcapital.ch through the infrastructure of Cloudflare and is not stored on the website. If that route is unavailable, your email app opens when you send and the message goes as an ordinary email to the same address.

Disclosure

We do not pass personal data on to third parties, except where we are legally obliged to.

Retention

We keep enquiries and the related correspondence for as long as the handling and the business relationship require, or for as long as statutory retention obligations demand. After that the data are deleted.

Your rights

You may request information about the data processed about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Please write to the address given above.

Changes

We adapt this notice when the website or the legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
